A hard worker and outstanding driver, he entered the world of gastronomy through the restaurant business. The Bozar restaurant in Brussels gave him a thorough understanding
knowledge of both food and wine. He is responsible for deliveries and knows all about Belgian beers!
Thierry De Brouwer
A musician through and through, his taste for gastronomy propelled him into the world of wine.
He has completed several wine internships, notably at Ceria in Brussels. He is in charge of the store and all new references.
Emeline Rougeron
Having wanted to become an oenologist since childhood, wine has always been a passion for her. She obtained her Master's degree in Wine & Spirits and her WSET 3 in Wines. A true Swiss Army knife, she manages the boutique and the wine range.
Claire Fournier
With a university degree in design and wine, she is passionate about spirits, particularly whisky, her specialty. She is the team's creative force and masters the distillery's storytelling. She is in charge of the spirits range.
