Life is long Chenin tranquille…

On Saturday 17 June, we’ve put together a superb tasting session (free, as usual) of white wines made from the Chenin blanc grape variety.

By the way, did you know that Chenin is originally from Anjou (in the Loire Valley)?

That it is the half-brother of the Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes and the father of Colombard?

That it is used in the production of some of the finest sweet Loire wines?

There’s a lot more to know… which is why we look forward to seeing you this Saturday from 2pm to 6pm!

And here’s the programme:
Kloof Street from Mullineux, South Africa
Chenin Blanc from the LA CETTO estate, Mexico
Vouvray from Domaine les Aubuisières in the Loire Valley, France

See you on Saturday!

Exceptional closure.

Please note that on MONDAY 26 JUNE, your favourite wine shop will be closed for inventory.
But don’t worry, we’ll be open the rest of the week at our usual times (phew!).

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia there live the blind texts.
